Who are DSTackle

DSTackle was formed by two of the keenest Kiwi Fishermen about. Our goal is to provide Anglers with unique, high quality, yet affordable tackle that is not readily available in New Zealand. Our portfolio of products will continue to grow as and when we discover innovative tackle solutions and will cover inshore and offshore fishing.

Introducing the team

Doug – Loves all forms of salt water fishing and looks at the weather forecast every day hoping for a weather window to get out. Planning on catching a Marlin and Yellow Fin Tuna during the 2017 game season, which has always been a dream but hopefully will soon become a reality! Believes Stefan should simply stand beside him holding the net as he out fishes Stefan 3 to 1 most days (according to him anyway)!

Stefan – Mad keen on any style that involves catching fish from fly to Big Game and everything in between. Reckons he can out fish Doug most days, but useless when it comes to anything IT (Does Doug’s head in…) He works on a Rescue Helicopter, best thing about that he reckons (apart from the obvious) is discovering new likely fishing areas and spotting work-ups from the air.
